Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the support they need during their rehabilitation journey. A solid understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient service is highly desirable. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans and exercises. Prepare treatment areas by cleaning and organizing equipment. Help patients with mobility and exercises as directed by the therapist. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and concerns. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and equipment usage. Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments. Requirements Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is preferred. Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with outpatient services is beneficial. Must be able to lift and assist patients as required during therapy sessions.
