What You'll Actually Do As our CICA (Check-In Chiropractic Assistant) , you will often be the first and last impression patients have of our practice. But this position is much more than checking people in. You'll help create the energy and culture patients experience every time they walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting and connecting with every patient. Creating an exceptional check-in and patient experience. Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients. Scheduling and helping patients stay consistent with their recommended care. Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the practice. Building genuine relationships with our patients and families. Celebrating patient milestones and successes. Promoting workshops, special events, wellness programs, and practice initiatives. Encouraging patient referrals and helping patients invite friends and family members who could benefit from our care. Following up with missed appointments and helping patients remain engaged in their care. Assisting with communication, organization, and administrative responsibilities. Learning our chiropractic and natural-health philosophy well enough to confidently communicate what makes our practice special. Working closely with our doctors, Practice Director, and other Chiropractic Assistants to achieve team goals. Tracking your key performance indicators and taking ownership of improving your results. Some of the key areas we measure include: Patient Retention / Kept Visits — Are we helping patients remain consistent with the care they've chosen? Workshop & Event Participation — Are we successfully engaging and educating our patient community? You won't be expected to figure this out alone. Our Practice Director will coach you, review your scorecard with you, identify barriers, provide training, and help you grow.
