Must be high energy and love interacting with people! We need a party planner personality! We are bringing a very high level of service to our patients! Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls, Appointment scheduling, Internal marketing events ie. patient appreciation week. Verify insurance eligibility of patients, obtaining necessary authorizations, Perform general clerical functions, Assist the doctor in aspects of patient care ie. consultations, posture evaluations and nerve scans if/when needed, Advise patients of their financial responsibility, Assist with general light cleaning and disinfection, Perform other duties or other assignments when asked.
