Job Description

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based treatments for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this patient-centered role, you'll implement PT plans of care, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to improve mobility, safety, and independence. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and uphold dignity and respect.
