Chiropractic Schedule:

Monday-Thursday from 1:00PM - 6:00PM. The rest of the schedule is flexible.

Job Duties Include:

Answering phones like a pro Scheduling patients and managing reminders Excel, Word, and light data entry Voicemails, emails, and patient texting Insurance billing (we'll train you!) Social media help Light cleaning and organizing Ordering supplies and using office apps Patient care and communication Supporting doctors and the rest of the team Following HIPAA guidelines Training and learning new systems
