WHO WE SERVE
Eden Chiropractic is a neurologically focused pediatric practice in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Most of our patients are neurodivergent kids: autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, anxiety, developmental delays. Most of their parents arrived here exhausted, after years of being told to wait and see. We measure nervous system function, build a plan, and walk families through it. Families see their child start sleeping, eating, focusing, and regulating better than ever before.
THE ROLE
You are the first person these families meet and the last one they see on the way out. You keep the schedule moving, you make anxious kids and tired parents feel safe, you help parents commit to the care their child needs, and you keep processes clean. What you will do Greet, check in, and check out families while keeping the adjusting schedule on time Answer phones, texts, and emails, and follow up the same day Schedule, confirm, and recover missed visits so no family quietly drops out of care Help explain care plans and payment options with confidence Collect payments, keep balances current, and maintain accurate patient records Collect nervous system scan data for the doctors to evaluate Assist in coordinating office events and practice member experience campaigns

WHAT WE OFFER
Pay:
$20 per hour to start, with the potential to earn $25 or more Health stipend Paid time off after one year Paid holidays Free chiropractic care for you and your immediate family
Schedule:
Full-time, in person, with Fridays reserved for overflow work
