Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)•PRN Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Winamac & Francesville, IN $35•39/hour Help Patients Regain Their Independence Staffing Strategies is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis , providing coverage between two skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities located in Winamac and Francesville, Indiana . This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA looking for scheduling flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. As-Needed Schedule Competitive Pay:

$35•39/hour , based on experience Flexible Scheduling Supportive Therapy Team Opportunity to work in two nearby skilled nursing facilities Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs. Document patient progress accurately and timely. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs. Maintain a safe and positive rehabilitation environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Indiana PTA license in good standing. CPR/BLS certification preferred. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation to travel between Winamac and Francesville as needed. Compensation $35•39/hour , based on experience. Why Staffing Strategies?
