About the Role As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll play a vital role in our RESTORE Healing Framework, delivering care to patients with back pain, disc injuries, neuropathy, inflammation-related conditions, and more. You'll work closely with a dedicated team committed to exceptional outcomes and a culture of purpose, systems, and growth. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Deliver prescribed therapy treatments safely, accurately, and compassionately Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with providers Follow established clinical protocols to promote optimal outcomes Operational Performance Keep therapy sessions on time and maintain a well-organized therapy space Ensure therapy areas are clean, stocked, and equipped Support system efficiency through proper documentation and workflow adherence Patient Experience Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment Actively listen to patients and celebrate their progress Build trust through consistent care and clear communication What You Bring Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and precautions Keen attention to patient safety, form, and clinical standards Calm, professional presence in a fast-paced clinical setting Effective verbal and written communication skills Commitment to excellence, collaboration, and mission-aligned care Our Core Values Impact We create a positive impact for every person who walks through our doors.
