The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, friendly, trustworthy, dependable, people oriented and able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment. We are seeking a Part Time individual for Front Desk Administrative Assistant duties.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Administrative

• Greet patients
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule patients
• Assemble and file patient documents and files
• Collect payments
• Complete bank deposits
• Perform data entry
• Direct patient flow
• Open and close the office
• Maintain office cleanliness and upkeep Billing
• Collect patient data
• Verify health insurance data
• Obtain and track insurance preauthorization's and medical referrals
• Input daily codes into the software system
• Coordinate with outsourced billing agent regarding patient health insurance

QUALIFICATIONS
