Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Excel Physical Therapy | Aurora, MO Join a team that values quality care and work-life balance. Excel Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Aurora, Missouri. We're a locally owned private practice committed to providing exceptional one-on-one patient care while fostering a positive, supportive workplace where our team enjoys coming to work each day. Schedule Full-time 4-day workweek Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Wednesdays off What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Develop meaningful relationships with patients while helping them achieve their goals. Accurately document patient progress. Collaborate with a team that values communication, professionalism, and excellent patient outcomes. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Missouri PTA license (or eligible for licensure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, motivated, and dependable. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
