• WE'RE HIRING IN NUTLEY!

  Options Rehab is looking for an experienced Part-Time Medical Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a cross-trained position for someone who can help manage the front desk while also assisting with patient flow throughout the office.
• Approximately 24 hours/week

Tuesday:

10-2 & 3-7

Wednesday:

10-2

Thursday:

10-2 & 3-7

Friday:

10-2 $19

• 20/hour based on experience We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and professional
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable answering phones and scheduling
• Comfortable collecting patient payments
• Able to multitask in a busy healthcare office
• Willing to assist with patient flow and treatment-room preparation
• A team player who takes initiative Previous medical, chiropractic, PT, dental, or healthcare front desk experience is strongly preferred.
