Physical Therapy Assistant - Located in Salamanca, NY

Responsibilities:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility Record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist. Instructing patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for home, as well as injury prevention.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current Physical Therapist Assistant license Must have experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant Must have long term care experience Well versed with documentation writing #5462
