• Answer phone calls and patient questions knowledgeably.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collect patient payments and process insurance.
• File paperwork and maintain accurate patient records.
• Open and close the office each day, including basic cleaning duties.
• Guide patients through each step of their appointment.
• Perform digital X-rays and neurological scans.
• Stock office and clinical supplies.
• Prepare consultation and examination rooms.
• Assist the doctor as needed during patient visits.
