Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans and interventions Support patients through exercises, massage, gait, and balance training Record and report patient progress and treatment outcomes Work with a team to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
What You Need:
Valid PTA license for Texas Prior experience in long-term care facilities preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
