We seek a friendly, organized, and professional individual to help us deliver excellent care in our offices in multiple locations including Skyway, Chinatown, Bellevue and Tukwila. A Chiropractic Assistant is part clerical worker, part caregiver. The CA answers phones, schedules appointments, greets patients, verifies insurance, assists with paperwork, teaches exercises and the use of equipment, handles record requests, collects payments, and other duties needed to assist in the treatment of our patients. Our ideal candidate will have some basic computer knowledge, be able to dress and speak professionally, be timely, and possess the ability to complete tasks with maximum accuracy and minimal time. We will train the right candidate to succeed, with a focus on front desk tasks and patient interactions. Applicants who are fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese encouraged to apply. The Skyway location is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Those seeking full time employment will have the option of working in other locations on Tuesday and Thursday. Occasional shift coverage in other locations may be needed as well. This is an entry-level position, but we're always looking for people whom we can promote later.
