In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with the owner/operator and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through thorough assessments, medication management, and innovative treatment approaches. Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient assessments including intake interviews, and mental status evaluations to determine psychiatric needs. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and DEA guidelines. Perform TMS intakes and follow-ups, interpreting Neurocognitive Scales and EEG results. Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records, clinical notes, and data collection. Provide telehealth services utilizing telemedicine platforms to expand access to mental health care across diverse settings. Engage in discharge planning, patient education, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment across inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications Current certification as a Physician Assistant with valid state licensure in good standing. Demonstrated experience working within outpatient psychiatric settings. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data management. Knowledge of medical coding systems including

CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10

for accurate billing and documentation purposes. Strong understanding of physiology, pharmacology, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques related to psychiatry. BLS Certification is required Ability to work collaboratively with psychiatric professionals across disciplines while adhering to HIPAA standards for patient privacy and confidentiality.
