We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in a warm, collaborative environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. About the position : You will work closely with experienced dermatologists who are committed to mentorship and professional development. What You'll Do Evaluate and help manage patients with a wide range of dermatologic conditions. Perform basic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and simple excisions. Laser C&B, Fraxel, hair removal. Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive skin health. Maintain accurate documentation in our NexTech EMR system. Work closely with our dermatologists and clinical staff to provide high-quality, dermatology care. What We're Looking For Active California NP or PA license Dermatology experience preferred (1-2 years ideal), but strong candidates with procedural aptitude and interest are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Professionalism, empathy, and a desire for long-term practice growth Schedule Full-time, 4-5 days per week, mostly at our Petaluma office but also at our Hercules location.
