Role Summary We're seeking adaptable, rapid-thinking clinicians who thrive in a dynamic acute care, overnight environment. You will provide high-quality acute, episodic, and immediate care while helping deliver an acute care model designed around access, transparency, and a superior patient experience. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based acute care for all ages. Manage minor injuries, acute illness, procedures, and rapid diagnostics. Work efficiently across rotating schedules as part of a collaborative team. Deliver care through a hybrid model: on-site and telemedicine. Uphold our values and contribute to a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement. Participate in operational optimization and model innovation (acute care membership, care pathways, efficiency pilots). Required Qualifications ARNP/PA with acute care or ED experience. Comfort with fast-paced environments, procedures, and broad clinical presentations. Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to both in-person and virtual care delivery.
