We are looking for an individual who is able to process ticket orders and handle customer interactions. Knowledge of Ticketmaster is a plus, but not necessary. Training will be provided. Must be available evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking phone orders
• Managing the Box Office window during the day and before shows
• Performing daily audits of sales
• Calling subscribers to handle renewals and lapsed renewals
