Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active Minnesota PA-C license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills Ability to practice independently while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Passion for serving older adults and medically complex populations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Western Minnesota More Than a Job—A Lasting Impact Many provider positions focus on treating today's problem.
