MANUAL THERAPY - PT or DC

Job Description

INDEPENDENT PT, CHIROPRACTOR OR ACUPUNCTURIST
Clinical Space, Practice Infrastructure and Professional Support Opportunity Bridge Medical Center | Whitefish, Montana
INDEPENDENT PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY - NOT AN EMPLOYMENT POSITION
Bridge Medical Center, one of the Northwest's longest-running integrative medical centers, is seeking an established physical therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or similarly aligned manual-therapy professional interested in operating an independent practice within our collaborative clinical environment. For more than 25 years, Bridge Medical Center has coordinated conventional, functional, and complementary approaches to help patients improve health, function, and quality of life. We are now expanding the manual-therapy and physical-rehabilitation component of our clinical model. This is not a salaried or hourly position. The selected practitioner will maintain ownership and control of their independent practice while gaining access to professional clinical space, shared infrastructure, and optional support services through a written agreement. The Clinical Opportunity Our physicians provide regenerative and restorative services that may include PRP, peptide, exosome, stem-cell, and Prolozone joint and soft-tissue injections. We see thoughtful manual therapy and physical rehabilitation as an important continuation of care - the practical "finish work" that can help patients optimize healing, repair, movement, and long-term function. We are looking for a practitioner with sound clinical judgment, humble confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in collaborating with providers across disciplines while remaining professionally independent. What the Arrangement May Offer
  • Professional treatment and office space within an established integrative medical center
  • Freedom to maintain your own practice identity, patient-care approach, fees, and schedule, subject to space availability and the written agreement
  • Optional reception, scheduling, clerical, administrative, nursing, laboratory-related, and marketing support
  • Access to selected shared clinical resources and common professional areas
  • A collaborative setting with integrative, functional, regenerative, and medical professionals
  • Opportunities for appropriate professional collaboration and cross-referrals, without any guarantee of patient or referral volume
  • A low-stress, patient-centered environment designed to let practitioners focus more fully on clinical care An Ideal Practice May Include
  • Comprehensive orthopedic, functional, or movement evaluations
  • Individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Hands-on treatments, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities
  • Patient and family education regarding rehabilitation, prevention, and home-care strategies
  • Ongoing assessment of progress and adjustment of the practitioner's independent treatment plan
  • Collaboration with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate and authorized by the patient Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted Montana license or other credentials applicable to the profession
  • Established independent practice or demonstrated ability to operate an independent practice
  • Appropriate professional liability and business insurance
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and patient-care principles
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to ethical, individualized, and patient-centered care
  • Ability to satisfy all applicable licensing, privacy, documentation, and regulatory requirements Independent-Practice Arrangement The practitioner will remain independently responsible for clinical decisions, licensure, insurance, taxes, business operations, and other professional obligations.
Bridge Medical Center will not pay a salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits. Space, available support services, responsibilities, and financial terms will be established in a written lease, space-sharing, and/or professional services agreement. The practitioner will generate practice revenue independently and will be responsible for negotiated rent and any separately agreed-upon service fees. No specific income, patient volume, or referral volume is promised or guaranteed. How to Express Interest Please submit a resume or CV, a brief cover letter describing your interest, an overview of your current practice, and the types of clinical space or support services you may wish to use.
