is seeking a Full-time Gastroenterology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Seeing between 12-15 patients a day. Benefits Information Health insurance, dental and vision coverage CME allowance and paid CME days off PTO days and Holidays Employer paid, occurrence-based malpractice insurance 401k, 3% employer contribution Job Description Providing care in outpatient setting to patients Making appropriate internal and external referrals Documenting care promptly and following charting protocols Ensuring appropriate follow-up for ordered care, including referrals and test results Maintaining familiarity with clinical guidelines Education And Experience Graduate of accredited program with Current NYS Physician Assistant Licensure and Active Board Certification, Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP) required.
