In this locum tenens role, you will perform consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and surgical and non-surgical treatments for adult and/or pediatric patients, depending on site needs. Responsibilities include managing inpatient and/or outpatient caseloads, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, completing documentation in a timely manner, and ensuring continuity of care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT consultations and follow-up care for assigned patients Perform diagnostic evaluations, including endoscopy and audiologic interpretation as appropriate Conduct surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures within scope of privileges Manage inpatient and/or outpatient caseloads in collaboration with site staff Document encounters, procedures, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate care with primary care, anesthesia, nursing, and other specialists Participate in call coverage as required by the facility Adhere to hospital and clinic policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Ensure safe prescribing and evidence-based management of ENT conditions Support continuity of care during and after the locum assignment Required Skills Otolaryngology clinical expertise ENT surgical procedures Endoscopic evaluation and treatment Airway management Inpatient and outpatient ENT care Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Diagnostic interpretation (imaging/audiology) Perioperative patient management Evidence-based clinical decision-making Interdisciplinary team collaboration
