Full-time The salary for this position is 110,000-140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our main hub is located in Irving, TX. We also have locations in Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Lake Highlands, Allen, and DeSoto. This position will be working out of our Plano and Lake Highlands locations. About Us Holistiq Spine & Orthopaedic is a multi-specialty clinic dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on managing both acute and chronic pain. Our facility offers a collaborative environment and integrates interventional, pharmacologic, and rehabilitative strategies to improve the quality of life for our patients. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Associate (PA) to join our dynamic team. As a member of our practice, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, with a focus on spine, musculoskeletal, and wellness. Start Date:
ASAP Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and assessments of pain levels and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions to manage pain effectively. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive pain management. Recommend and coordinate diagnostic imaging, therapy, or other specialized services as needed. Perform in-office procedures, including trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and other pain management techniques to alleviate pain. Coordinate advanced pain management procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, facet joint injections, and more, in collaboration with supervising physicians or specialists. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress. Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices. Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and referring providers. Mentor pre-med and pre-health students, contributing to the growth of future healthcare professionals. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies and tests, to aid in diagnosis.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Associate (PA) program. Board certification as a Physician Associate (PA-C). Valid Texas Medical License. Current DEA License. 1-2 years of clinical experience in pain management preferred. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Translation services are provided, but Spanish fluency is appreciated. Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills. Strong commitment to patient care and safety. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment. Willingness to commute to multiple locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
