Description Wheatland Internal Medicine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mid-Level provider to join our Primary Care team. • Job Overview:

• As a Mid-Level provider at Wheatland IMC, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

You will be responsible for conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to educate patients on their health conditions and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care After hour calls rotation with Physician and other midlevels.

• Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited program Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care setting preferred Current state licensure Certification PA-C Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Experience preferred, but great opportunity for fresh graduate to get experience Salary based on experience Wheatland IMC offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
