We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join our growing orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate has a strong background in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal medicine and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in both the clinic and surgical settings. This provider will work collaboratively with our orthopedic surgeons to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of orthopedic conditions while helping ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care:
Conduct initial assessments, perform physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons.
Surgical Support:
Provide perioperative care, including pre- and post-operative patient management.
Diagnostics:
Interpret imaging studies (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) and order additional diagnostic tests as necessary.
Treatment Implementation:
Perform joint injections and other procedures within the scope of practice.
Patient Education:
Counsel patients on diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative recovery, and preventive care.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Qualifications Current Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practice (FNP-C) licensure in Texas. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, surgery, or a related specialty Advanced proficiency in musculoskeletal assessments, diagnostic skills, and minor procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative clinic environment. Preferred Skills Experience with electronic medical record systems. Familiarity with outpatient surgical workflows and orthopedic-specific procedures.
ACLS/BLS
