The Fellow is based at the Preventative Care Health Services (PCHS) federally qualified health center in Alpine, Texas, with clinical experiences throughout the Trans-Pecos region and potential rotations at a critical access hospital. The fellowship combines supervised patient care, procedural training, structured didactics, scholarly activity, and community-based rural medicine experiences.
