Compensation:

$200 - $210/per hour About the Opportunity Paradigm Professional Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Adult & Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient behavioral health services at the Four Corners Regional Health Center, an Indian Health Service (IHS) facility serving the Navajo Nation. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care to American Indian and Alaska Native communities through a flexible combination of onsite clinic services and telepsychiatry. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adults, children, and adolescents. Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychiatric follow-up care. Consult with physicians, psychologists, and behavioral health professionals. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the IHS Electronic Health Record. Participate in credentialing and quality assurance activities. Comply with

HIPAA, IHS

policies, Joint Commission standards, and CMS requirements. Demonstrate culturally responsive care for Native American patients. Minimum Qualifications MD or DO degree. Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry . Experience providing telepsychiatry services. Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license. Current DEA registration. Eligible for IHS clinical privileges. Strong computer and Electronic Health Record skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care. Schedule Minimum four clinic days each month. Monday through Friday clinic hours. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call responsibilities. Hybrid model with onsite clinic coverage and telepsychiatry.
