Job Description

We are working with a Family Practice physician located in Rancho Cucamonga that needs vacation coverage in July and additional coverage in August.

Details below:

Dates:

July 13 July 23, 2021 August 9 August 31, 2021 (3-5 days per week)

Hours:

Mon-Thurs:

9:00am 5:00pm w/1 hour lunch

Fri:

9:00am 1:00pmSolo, outpatientComplete support staff

Patient Volume:

4 per hour; scheduled and walk-ins75% adult; 20% geriatric, 5% pediatric population

Charting:

Paper OR EMR Prime ClinicalPatient ServicesDiabetes, colds/flu, sick visits, HBP, asthma/sinus, COPD, physicals, immunizations, some suturing, GYN, respiratory infections, EKG, dermatology/skin care.
