EMERGENCY MEDICINE OPTION IN BEAUTIFUL CALIFORNIA!

We are not able to accept visa candidates. Northern California in the Antelope Valley area Independent Emergency Physician Group expanding nationally. This practice is 100% supported and financed by Physicians. They are a zero-debt company. Per client our scheduling is fair and equitable with all providers. 12 hour shifts. 6-7 physician shifts daily. 4 APP shifts daily. Scribes per physician. 100% RVU based compensation. Malpractice provided. Independent Contractor 1099 status Physician lounge with complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks. Regional Medical Center-190 bed community hospital Annual ED volume 89,500 Level III Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, STEMI Center, Helipad, 24/7 ultrasound CT and

MRI, 24/7

Radiologist interpretation, 24/7 Intensivists 35 ED beds and a separate fast track zone Strong subspecialty support. Access to Pediatric and OB/GYN transfers plus higher level transfers including USC Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Children s hospital of Los Angeles and Loma Linda University Medical Center. In Fall 2023, group was awarded A grade for patient safety in Leapfrog hospital safety.
