Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to provide comprehensive medical care within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive post-residency experience, demonstrating expertise across various medical disciplines, including internal medicine, family medicine, and specialized fields such as cardiology, neurology, and dermatology. This role requires a physician committed to delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and seamless clinical workflows. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging and laboratory results. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans across multiple specialties such as gastroenterology, oncology, anesthesiology, and reproductive endocrinology. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic to document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—including nurses, specialists, radiologists, and allied health staff—to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV infusions, catheterizations, and basic life support interventions when necessary. Manage inpatient and outpatient services, including triage, discharge planning, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment. Engage in clinical research activities or quality improvement initiatives to advance evidence-based practices within the organization. Provide patient education on disease management, preventive care, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being. Supervise mid-level practitioners and precept clinical rotations. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine. Post-residency experience in a clinical setting with proficiency in multiple specialties such as internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations. Demonstrated expertise in using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for documentation and clinical workflows. Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures including medical imaging interpretation and laboratory testing. Experience with inpatient hospital care, outpatient clinics, or hospital medicine environments is preferred. Familiarity with procedures such as suturing, airway management, and basic diagnostic radiology techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
