We are a thriving, collaborative group guided by esprit de corps. Senior physicians mentor and support junior physicians, and everybody helps each other during periods of increased clinical demand, ensuring no one feels unsupported.

Compensation and Benefits:

Graduated pay scale - $275,000 in year 1, with a 7% annual increase reaching $360,000 in year 5 Five-year full partnership track with equal income distribution, historically exceeding $500,000 Two-year junior partnership track with full voting rights Paid time off: 4 weeks annually in years 1-5, increasing to 6 ½ weeks as a full partner Joint venture and investment opportunities shared equally Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k)

Schedule:
