Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist for a 104-day assignment in California, commencing Sep 18, 2026. This role involves working 8:30am-5pm shifts, performing psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups for individuals referred from inpatient hospitals, emergency departments, jails, and various outside agencies within a transitional residential services program. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments Provide care for individuals within a transitional residential services program Manage patients referred from diverse sources including inpatient hospitals, emergency departments, jails, and community agencies Additional Information Work within a transitional residential services setting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Smartcare Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
