Job Description

An established community health clinic in a scenic Southern California mountain community is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team. Whether you prefer a 3-day schedule (3x12s) or a 4-day schedule (4x10s), you'll enjoy a practice designed around physician well-being, continuity of care, and long-term sustainability.

The Practice:

Choice of a 3-day (3x12s) or 4-day (4x10s) work week
Guaranteed base salary of $320,000+
$100,000 Sign-on bonus
100% outpatient Family Medicine
Cradle-to-grave patient population
No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
NHSC and state loan repayment eligible
Relocation assistance available
1099 option available
