Job Description

Concierge (membership-based) medical practice
$300,000 salary
401k with 4% match
Full benefits: dental, vision and medical PPO
5 weeks paid vacation
Small patient panel
Ability to build a larger patient panel for higher compensation if desired

See between 3-8 patients a day in person
Autonomy and flexibility for scheduling

Requires Board Certification and 5 years previous practice experience
