This is a unique opportunity for a physician with expertise in longevity medicine, preventative health, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and wellness to build a meaningful program within an established medical environment. The existing practice has a national and international clientele and is recognized as a destination location for plastic surgery and aesthetic care , creating a strong foundation for expanding into comprehensive longevity and wellness services. A Prestige Location & Destination Practice Located in prestigious Newport Beach, the practice offers an exceptional setting for a physician looking to establish or expand a longevity practice. The location is minutes from John Wayne Airport, the Pacific Ocean, luxury hotels, restaurants, shopping, and many of Orange County's most desirable communities. Its accessibility and established reputation make it well positioned to serve both local patients and patients traveling from across the country and internationally for care. Areas of Expertise Experience may include: Longevity and preventative medicine Anti-aging medicine Hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy Metabolic health and weight management Comprehensive laboratory and biomarker evaluation Nutritional and lifestyle optimization Personalized health optimization Peptide therapies, where clinically appropriate IV and wellness therapies Evidence-based emerging longevity treatments and protocols The physician should be comfortable evaluating patients, interpreting comprehensive testing, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients, and building long-term physician-patient relationships. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a physician who is: Licensed to practice medicine in California and in good standing Experienced in longevity, anti-aging, preventative, wellness, functional, integrative, or a closely related area of medicine Clinically knowledgeable and committed to evidence-based care Personable and highly focused on the patient experience Comfortable working with a sophisticated, health-conscious patient population Interested in building long-term patient relationships Motivated to help develop and grow a longevity-focused program Entrepreneurial and interested in helping shape new programs and services Experience building or growing a longevity, wellness, or preventative medicine program is a plus. Compensation Flexible compensation structure based on experience, expertise, and the overall opportunity.
