7 on / 7 off model Day shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Open ICU environment Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory) ED physicians assist with intubations if needed

Compensation:

$2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000 Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
