Position Overview Vital Health & Wellness Group is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (preferred) or Physician Assistant who is passionate about preventative medicine, functional medicine, longevity, hormone optimization, and patient-centered care. This is not a traditional primary care position. We are looking for a provider who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while delivering innovative wellness solutions through evidence-based medicine. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently, has strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and is passionate about helping patients optimize their health rather than simply treating disease. Required Experience Applicants must have hands-on clinical experience in most or all of the following: Functional Medicine Concierge or Direct Primary Care Primary Care Medical Weight Loss Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Female Hormone Optimization (BHRT) Peptide Therapy IV Vitamin Therapy Vitamin & Wellness Injections Men's Health Preventive Medicine Chronic Disease Management Telemedicine Lifestyle Medicine Experience with aesthetic medicine (Botox, fillers, PRP, microneedling, Morpheus8, etc.) is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations and annual wellness visits. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop personalized wellness and longevity treatment plans. Manage hormone replacement therapy for men and women. Prescribe and monitor medical weight loss therapies. Interpret laboratory results and develop evidence-based treatment protocols. Recommend nutritional supplementation and lifestyle modifications. Evaluate patients for peptide therapy and regenerative medicine treatments. Perform IV therapy consultations and supervise infusion protocols. Administer vitamin injections and other wellness therapies. Perform joint injections and other office-based procedures (preferred). Document accurately using electronic medical records. Participate in telemedicine appointments when appropriate. Educate patients on preventive medicine and long-term health optimization. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DEA, HIPAA, and Florida Board regulations. Qualifications Required Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Current DEA Registration (Required) BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care, Functional Medicine, or Wellness Medicine Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong clinical decision-making abilities Comfortable practicing in a fast-paced, concierge-style environment Preferred Autonomous Practice Nurse Practitioner (Florida) Experience with TRT and BHRT Functional Medicine certification or significant clinical experience Weight loss certification or extensive experience with GLP-1 therapies Experience with peptide therapy Experience performing IV therapy and infusion medicine Experience with cash-pay or concierge practices EMR experience (Tebra preferred) Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about preventive healthcare and longevity medicine.
