Practice Overview Experienced support staff:

2 Certified Diabetes Nurse Educators, 1 Dietitian, 2 Medical Assistants Average 15 patients/day Diabetic patients have a 1-hour time slot for visits Established patients: 30-minute visits; established non-diabetes: 45-minute visits

Case Mix:
