Job Description

Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) Hawthorne, Florida Full-Time $200K-$275K DOE A growing healthcare provider is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to manage both acute and chronic conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-scope primary care services, including preventative care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history-taking and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, developing individualized care plans
  • Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe medications and treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective use
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative strategies, and lifestyle modifications
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, ensuring continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system
  • Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and ongoing training where required
Requirements:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted state medical license
  • Completion of accredited residency program
  • 1-3+ years post-residency experience preferred
