Two full-time schedule options:

7 on / 7 off days or 218 annual shifts Day shifts running 7 am - 7 pm on a 12-hour rotation Closed ICU model with 24/7 intensivist coverage -- no ICU management required Manageable census with APP support and attending-level collaboration Independent, physician-led hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions Transparent, productivity-based bonus tied to your own patient collections Teaching hospital with accredited graduate medical education programs Florida license required; board-certified or board-eligible internists welcome Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail
