Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated care, appropriate referrals, and effective follow-up. Engage patients in shared decision-making, health education, and self-management support. Contribute to evidence-based guidelines and performance data. Support quality improvement initiatives, including reporting on clinical measures, closing care gaps, and participating in provider meetings focused on performance improvement. Promote patient access by ensuring timely availability of appointments, continuity of care, and responsive communication.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Demonstrated pediatric experience is required with the ability to independently manage pediatric patients as part of the provider's regular clinical responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
The basic degree required is the graduation from an accredited university or school with a MD degree or DO license. Must be board certified or eligible in the specialty of his or her training. The person must possess valid certificate as surgeon or physician with the valid State Driver's License (Class C). Physician must have a currently active medical license within the state of practice and in good standing. Physician must have a currently active DEA registration
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and speak in English; Spanish (or other languages) helpful. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints form customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certification of active status of the State of Florida medical license pursuant to the regulations under the Department of Professional Regulation Board of Medical Examiners.

Computer Skills:
