$350,000+ | Productivity Incentive | Ownership/Equity Opportunity Luminary Dermatology of Miami is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist and/or Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join our growing practice in the North Miami Beach/Aventura area . The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build upon an established dermatology presence while working alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team. We are looking for someone who values excellent patient care, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and wants to play an active role in the continued growth of the practice. For a Mohs-trained physician, the position can be structured to incorporate both Mohs surgery and general dermatology , depending on the physician's interests and patient demand. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Active or eligible for Florida medical licensure Fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery required for candidates performing Mohs Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in long-term practice growth and leadership encouraged About Luminary Dermatology Luminary Dermatology is a growing physician-led dermatology organization providing comprehensive medical, surgical, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs surgery across multiple Florida communities.
