100% Outpatient schedule Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients Average 15 patients/day Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care

QUALIFICATIONS
