Applicable credentials include:

LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, RMHCI, RMFTI, and RCSWI. This opportunity is designed for a mental health professional who values clinical independence, flexibility, and the autonomy of private practice while having access to established practice and a collaborative mental health environment. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure, administrative resources, and professional office space that can make independent practice easier while allowing each provider to remain responsible for developing their own practice and providing care within their individual professional scope.

MAINTAIN YOUR INDEPENDENCE

Maintain responsibility for your own clinical judgment, treatment decisions, documentation, professional obligations, client/patient relationships, and records request Maintain business entity/EIN, and business general liability insurance Maintain all professional licenses, registrations, certifications, professional liability coverage, and other credentials required for individual practice in Florida Supply own computer, clinical technology(EMR), and other provider-specific equipment as needed Remain responsible for practicing within your professional license, competence, scope and ethical standards Maintain responsibility for developing, growing and maintaining your own client/patient caseload. Add-on ability to provide on-site telehealth and in-person services through outside insurance-based platforms for non-practice clients (flat-fee for office space use)

COMPENSATION

Independent Practice Therapist Contractors are compensated weekly under a percentage-based structure based on collected private pay revenue attributed to services personally provided by the Contractor and their licensure or registration status (50% - 80%). Compensation is not based upon referrals or any other healthcare provider or referral source. Contractors receive a Form 1099 as applicable.
