Benevis Dental seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia services for dental and oral surgery patients. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluation, developing individualized anesthetic plans, administering sedation and general anesthesia, and closely monitoring patients through recovery. You'll collaborate with dentists and clinical teams to optimize outcomes, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and support quality improvement. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for dental and oral surgery procedures in a safe, effective manner Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain histories, and evaluate patient risk Develop and adjust individualized anesthesia care plans Monitor patients' vital signs and levels of consciousness intraoperatively Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic status during procedures Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and recovery monitoring Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and anesthesia records Collaborate closely with dentists, surgeons, and clinical staff to optimize outcomes Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement, education, and protocol development initiatives Required Skills Anesthetic pharmacology Regional and local anesthesia techniques Airway management Patient monitoring (EKG, BP, Sp O2, capnography) Pre operative assessment and risk stratification Intraoperative crisis management Post operative pain management Dental/oral surgery anesthesia protocols Sedation (minimal to deep) and general anesthesia Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
