Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial physician to join and help lead an established private primary care practice in Winder, Georgia. This is more than a traditional physician job. We are looking for the right long-term partner—someone who values independent medicine, wants a meaningful role in the growth of a practice, and is interested in building something of their own rather than simply working as an employee. Our practice has already invested substantially in the infrastructure necessary to operate and grow, including an established clinical location, practice management systems, EMR, billing and administrative infrastructure, insurance credentialing, laboratory relationships, telemedicine capabilities, marketing resources, and operational support. The Opportunity The incoming physician would have the opportunity to: Practice outpatient primary care in an independent setting Participate in the leadership and strategic direction of the practice Help develop and grow the patient panel Collaborate on expansion of services and future growth opportunities Benefit from established administrative and operational infrastructure Explore a structured pathway to partnership/equity ownership for the right candidate We are particularly interested in a physician who is entrepreneurial, dependable, collaborative, and genuinely interested in building a successful independent medical practice. Ideal Candidate MD or DO Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for an unrestricted Georgia medical license Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care environment Interested in practice leadership, growth, and potentially ownership Long-term mindset and strong professional integrity This opportunity may be especially attractive to a physician who has considered starting a private practice but would prefer to join an operation where much of the infrastructure has already been established. Compensation & Partnership Compensation will be competitive and structured based on experience, schedule, productivity, and the physician's desired level of involvement. For the right physician, we are open to discussing a formal partnership/equity arrangement with clearly defined responsibilities, expectations, and ownership terms. We are looking for someone who wants to be actively involved and help build the next chapter of the practice.
