Job Description
Thriving, independent community hospital in Northeast Iowa seeks PA to join its well established Orthopedics department.
- Work alongside a collegial & laidback orthopedic surgeon (recruitment is due to current PA having to relocate closer to his wife's family)
- Mixture of clinic & dedicated OR days
- Exceptional work/life balance: no call, no nights, no weekends
- Reasonable patient volumes of ~15-17 /day
- General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, lots of pre-op & post-op, joint injections & casting, etc.
- Epic EMR
- This is an opportunity to truly practice at top of license, while still having extensive opportunities for collaboration & all the support/resources you could ever need
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Highly competitive salary of $135-150K, commensurate with experience. Compensation is not production-based, allowing you to focus on quality of care instead of quantity.
