Job Description
Join an established primary care practice with four other providers practicing comprehensive Family Medicine. See patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Details:
- Join a supportive team of 1 Physician and 3 APPs
- See an average of 18-24 patients per day
- Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week
- Optional ED and inpatient coverage for those seeking additional variety
- Predominantly outpatient practice with physician-friendly call
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
- $290,000 guaranteed base salary + production and quality incentive opportunities
- $150,000 commencement bonus
- $6,000 annual CME allowance
