This opportunity offers up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus and the flexibility to work a 4- or 5-day Monday-Friday schedule , with no weekends, holidays, or call. Physicians with experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine are encouraged to apply. Why Consider This Opportunity? Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus 4-day OR 5-day work week Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM No weekends No holidays No call Full-time, employed position Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Established outpatient practice Dedicated clinical and administrative support For immediate consideration , send your CV/resume to: ssager@provenirusa.com Your Role You'll provide outpatient care focused on work-related injuries, occupational health, and employee wellness , including: Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and occupational illnesses Perform DOT, pre-employment, surveillance, and public safety physicals Conduct fit-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations Perform minor procedures such as suturing, laceration repair, splinting, and wound care Collaborate with employers, case managers, and clinical staff Help facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes Maintain accurate medical documentation Provide high-quality, patient-centered care Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain Current DEA registration or ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner Certification required prior to start Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply Text any time for more details: 210-591-7125 About Us-Who is Provenir Healthcare and why work with us?
